What are my delivery options?
We offer FREE postage to all customers with-in the UK only. Due to the cost of shipping internationally we charge minimal postage costs to ship worldwide, please review your postage at the checkout stage.


Do you ship internationally? 
YES! We can pretty much ship anywhere in the world. Simply place your order and if there are any problems with shipping we will let you know. We can’t however predict your country’s import tax and any other charges that your government might put on top for bringing your goods into the country, so please be aware of this.


Are payments secure?
YES! 100% of orders made with us here at Zerg Tees are totally secure. We use PayPal for all of our payments and as such we NEVER get to see any of your card details and we NEVER pass on ANY of your info to 3rd parties because that sucks!


How quickly will my order arrive?
Forget stupidly long waits for your tees, here at Zerg Tees we work our nuts off over your order and get it out of the door pronto.


How do I get a refund / exchange?
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase from Zerg Tees, we go above and beyond to find out why and make it all better. You can have a refund or make one exchange within a strict period of 14 days of receipt of delivery. Only one size exchange per garment is allowed. We do not refund postage costs unless the garment is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order. PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION. We cannot refund or exchange a worn or washed item for any reason. Please be aware that if returns are made to us outside of the stated returns period we can not refund or return your order.
